Fantasia Yachting must be advised of any medical conditions or physical disability requiring special attention before you book your boat trips or sailing trip. We will try to help you with your requirements but cannot guarantee to do so.Fantasia Yachting does not employ medical personnel. Any necessary medical attention will be provided by a local facility at the passenger’s expense. The motor yacht owner, or the sailing yacht owner, or the sailing catamaran owner, or the rib boat owner is not responsible or liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of medical services obtained while on trip, or for the quality of the care or services received.You agree that your fellow travelers and staff have the right to travel/work in a safe environment. Any threats to their safety, or inappropriate behavior by you, whether verbal or physical, will be taken extremely seriously and may result in the immediate termination of your holiday. In such event, you will be responsible for your own repatriation and related costs.You are responsible for any costs incurred as a result of damage or excess cleaning fees related to your accommodation. You are advised to immediately report any pre-existing damage in your cabin to the staff of the motor yacht, or the sailing yacht, or the sailing catamaran, or the rib boat, as soon as it is discovered.
A booking is made between you and a motor yacht owner, or a sailing yacht owner, or a sailing catamaran owner, or a rib boat owner, depending on your selection of available vessel in our destination(s).
Booking confirmation is the advice and receipt or invoice we send you outlining the names of person(s) booked, the date of departure of your day boat trip or sailing trip, the amount to be paid and the date is due by, the balance of payment required and the date it is due by the details of payment options.
The person that confirms a booking through our website or through a travel agent associated with us must ensure that all person(s) included in the boat trip or sailing trip have read and understood these terms.
If any person named on this booking form is under 18 years old of age at the time of the booking then they must obtain the consent of their parents or guardian(s), who must also have read these terms.
It will be the responsibility of the person(s) who made the booking through our website or made the booking through a travel agent associated with us to ensure the booking confirmation is send to all person(s) noted on the booking and to inform us of any errors that are on the booking confirmation within 10 working days. We will not be liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of any of our emails being blocked by web filters or firewalls.
All monetary amounts are stated in Euro (€) and are payable inclusive of VAT and in Greece.
In order to reserve your boat trip or sailing trip a deposit 50% has to be confirmed in writing by the motor yacht owner, or the sailing yacht owner, or the sailing catamaran owner, or the rib boat owner, or your travel agent through Fantasia Yachting.
The remaining balance for your boat trip or sailing trip has to be paid in full until the day of departure.
If you wish to cancel your booking with us, then we must be notified of such cancellation in writing 45 days before departure, in any other case, the motor yacht owner, or the sailing yacht owner, or the sailing catamaran owner, or the rib boat owner, or your travel agent has the right to keep the deposit to cover losses and expenses that occurred from your cancellation.
In case you fail to pay the remaining balance of the booking 45 days before departure, you booking will consider as cancelled and the motor yacht owner, or the sailing yacht owner, or the sailing catamaran owner, or the rib boat owner, or your travel agent has the right to keep the deposit to cover losses and expenses that occurred from your cancellation.
A motor yacht owner, or a sailing yacht owner, or a sailing catamaran owner, or a rib boat owner reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond his control, like war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, terrorist activity, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, adverse weather conditions.
